UGC NET Result 2026: Website Down? How to Check Your Scorecard via DigiLocker, UMANG and Alternate Links
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the UGC NET December 2025 result, but many candidates are facing issues accessing the official portal due to heavy traffic. You can use the following alternate methods to check your result.
1. Check Result via DigiLocker
DigiLocker is a secure, government-approved platform where NTA also pushes scorecards and certificates.
Steps:
-
Go to the DigiLocker website (digilocker.gov.in) or open the DigiLocker app.
-
Log in using your Aadhaar/mobile number and 6-digit PIN.
-
Click on “Search Documents” and type NTA or UGC NET.
-
Select UGC NET Scorecard from the list.
-
Enter your application number, select exam year (2025) and month (December).
-
Click on Get Document; your scorecard will appear and get saved in the “Issued Documents” section.
2. Use Alternate Result Links/Servers
If ugcnet.nta.nic.in is not opening or is very slow, try these official alternatives:
-
ntaresults.nic.in
-
nta.ac.in (NTA main portal, then go to UGC NET section)
-
Direct scorecard link sometimes provided as ugcnet.nta.ac.in/UgcScoreCard.html on result day.
On any of these:
-
Open the site and click on the link for “UGC NET December 2025 Result/Scorecard”.
-
Log in with your application number and password/date of birth.
-
View, download and save your scorecard.
3. Check via UMANG App
The Government of India’s UMANG platform offers integrated access to many e-gov services, including NTA-related services.
Steps:
-
Install and open the UMANG app or visit web.umang.gov.in.
-
Register/login with your mobile number.
-
In the services section, search for NTA or UGC NET.
-
Click on the UGC NET result/scorecard option and log in with your exam credentials to view your result.
4. Useful Tips if Sites Are Not Loading
-
Use Incognito/Private Mode in your browser to avoid cache issues.
-
Avoid hitting Refresh repeatedly; wait 10–15 minutes and try again so the server load can reduce.
-
If DigiLocker shows “Record Not Found”, wait some time, as new result data may still be syncing to the server.
